- This course allows you to enjoy the views of the lake and beach as you drive along the Lake Notoro and Lake Saroma areas that are scattered along the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk. You'll arrive at Abashiri City in approximately 4 and a half hours, so it's possible to go around the spots at a slow pace in the afternoon. We recommend you take a refreshing bike ride through the wild flower fields at Wakka Wild Flower Park . Cape Notoro is an increasingly popular spot for taking pictures.
