Rokka no Mori
Entering this forest is almost like stepping into the magical world of a picture book. Colorful flowers bloom alongside babbling brooks. Seasonal flowers include the "Tokachi Rokka," six varieties of flowers which decorate the wrappers of Rokkatei's sweets. This facility opened by the support of Rokkatei's corporate patronage of the arts and culture. Old houses were relocated from Croatia and rebuilt into museums and art galleries throughout the garden. Here visitors may observe the works of Naoyuki Sakamoto, the artist who painted the flowers for Rokkatei's gift wrapping paper. Escape from your day-to-day routine at this wondrously inspiring and relaxing garden park.
