Brown buckwheat grown in Okhotsk area is ground by a stone mill every day. The water added to the buckwheat flour is high quality water in Abashiri (spring water from Mt. Mokoto) after purified by a water purifier. Also, “Abashiri barley young leaf juice” containing plenty of vitamins is added. The soba noodle made with a lot of care gives the nice sensation when swallowing and the natural scent of buckwheat flour fills your mouth.

Oyster tempura is crispy outside and fluffy inside. It is the combination very unique to Abashiri.
