Located near Lake Mashu and Lake Kussharo in Eastern Hokkaido, the city is famous for the surrounding beautiful nature and towering mountains. The city is usually only spotlighted because of the nature, but there is actually large-scale dairy farming here too! The summers in this area are relatively cooler, which is healthy for the cattle and also provides good conditions for growing pastures.

The soft ice cream made in Teshikaga town is very delicious because of the milk produced by cows raised in the magnificent nature of Hokkaido. Usually, Teshikaga soft ice cream can only be found until the autumn season, so summer is the best time to enjoy it.

Ushi No Oppai Milk” is produced by this farm. Translating from Japanese, it means “Cattle Breast Milk”. The name and package draws a lot of attention and second looks, but the light flavor is good.

The Ushi No Oppai Milk is used in their original soft ice cream. After many trials and errors, they perfected their recipe to satisfy customers with an authentic fresh milk taste.

It is a true full-milk taste! The texture is smooth and flavor is rich, but not too sweet. They only offer their ice cream in a cup and not a waffle cone, so you can enjoy the refreshing milk flavor to its fullest until the last bite. (A fresh cream chocolate topping can be seen in the picture).
